Tattoos in general are not hot, some are interesting in design.

The body and overall attractivness of the person looks hot.

A lot of the women with big tattoos tend to be less feminine.

Depends on the tattoo; but typically yes. If you are going down the tattoo road just remember to stick to these two rules. Nothing above your neck; and never more than 25% of your skin covered by them.
