When a girl is sexy without being trashy, she doesn't have to show all of her body. Her outfits are very classy, more subdued, simplistic, and feminine. Trashy outfits always show too much, are loud, obnoxious, and tasteless.

When wanting to be sexy without being trashy, a girl should choose one part of her body that she wants to show. Showing everything all at once makes it instantly trashy.

Something like this is classy, sexy, cute, and classy

One part of her body is chosen to show (the legs only). The rest is covered and accessorized appropriately.

This, however, is trashy... she is showing way too much in a distasteful and obnoxious way.
