Yes, it gets better after wearing them more often.
No, it always hurts just as badly.

It can still hurt a little but you can manage it by finding your comfort zone by seeing which style and height heels you can wear until it hurts too much and plan events accordingly.
I can wear 4-5” stilettos for a few hours esp if I will also be sitting some of that time but wouldn’t wear them all day. Shorter heels I can wear longer.
My sisters and I would practice in heels like racing each other as well as running up and down stairs when we were younger so we had that background too. And yes I have sooo many shoes haha.
That’s why it’s a good idea to not wear heels every day. I can’t speak for anyone else, but my feet always hurt after wearing them.
It should improve with practice and a properly sized/fitted quality shoe. Because of work, I wear them almost daily, but I enjoy wearing them, anyway. It's my style. It's been my experience that it's better to stay away from the cheapo, bargain stuff and opt for better quality, with more support and to get your foot properly measured at the store, before buying. Also, start with a lower heel, like 2-3" before going higher. Good luck!
Nope, hahaha. at least it's my experience
Though (I don't know if it's true scientifically) my friend does a lot of exercise and does workouts and she's the best enduring pain.
I think it does if you wear them regularly but I hardly ever wear heels so they still hurt every time
It gets better with practice
Well the more you use it
The lesser the pain
