I went from finding American men more attractive as a teenager to liking British men a lot more now after plenty of online and real life interactions.
I have grown to like a British accent as well. I would love to know more about British culture and learn their accent. It seems weird because most Indians are not fond of British people due to history but I don't want to hold their past against them. My favourite actor is also British and he is awesome. I love when he talks and he is gorgeous 🥰

I suspect the answer for women is going to be much like it would be for men. American men will like British women and British women will like American men.
We are drawn to something that has a touch of exotic, but is still familiar.

British because many of them are still on the light side, don't want to sound racist but I just prefer my men to be blue eyed and blonde and Britain seems to have more of it in one place than the US.

Not only but most guys I've fallen for were this so called "light type", usually with blonde to medium brown hair and I do admit I prefer light eyed guys.

I think other colors look gorgeous too, black, red etc.

I know that's not what this question is asking, but I've had some really negative experiences with American guys, especially on this site. Most of them seem to hate women, are sexist and very rude (they call it being "brutally honest"). So my opinion about them is negatively skewed. I've never had similar problems with British guys, which are polite and both online and in real life...

I have visited both the US and UK on several occasions, and flirted with and kissed some. More British men than Americans.
English men win with their charm, dialects and sense of humour. If it is only physical it is pretty equal.
