French women are known to be classy and have impeccable style. I especially like their simplistic makeup; they like wearing bold red lipstick paired with more toned down coverup or mascara. I agree with their opinion that American, Canadian, and British women, et cetera, are absolute slobs who do not know how to dress well. French women typically do not wear athletic wear outside of the gym, they wear a lot of classic pieces instead of relying on fast fashion, they wear tailored items that fit well, and so on. For this reason, I rank French women quite high.
Russian and other Eastern European women, however, are quite traditional and disregard the gender politics/feminist politics of the west. Furthermore, they're a lot more feminine than the women of the west. North Americans especially have a more masculine appeal because femininity is seen as weak.
I guess I can't choose. Both have good things.

I feel like Eastern-European women tend to be some of the most beautiful. Though the Baltics usually come to mind for me. But I feel like European women in general are more attractive. I've heard it described as "America has some of the most beautiful people in the world, but they are the exception. In Europe, the average person is like an 8 on the American scale."
Probably just because we have a combination of a lot of variation from all our diversity, and we are the epicenter for the obesity pandemic.
I also hear Eastern Europe is way more socially-conservative than Western. Another generalization like all my comments above. But I do know France is quite socially-progressive, and I'm really not much into traditional gender roles. So I feel like central and northern Europe would be the sweet spot. I know they call it "Going Dutch" for a reason, and I hear in places like Germany it's more common for women to approach men. That all sounds great to me.
You do realize that being American isn't genetic, right? Also, most white Americans have European genes.

Obesity pandemic is a big one, because most people are pretty good looking at a normal weight. But Europe is also homogenous enough that it settled into a particular "look" the same way other homogeneous places like Japan have. More diversity means greater variation.
