Run my own hair salon business or my own phone shop business?

Hair salon would include different hair cuts and balayages highlights and hair treatments etc. and phone shop would be repairing phones and selling phones and cases and other devices etc

That all depends on your business sense and customer service. You can make either option viable. Both types of businesses have a history of thriving or failing. It's up to you to make it into what you want. Nowadays, people tend to prefer replacing rather than repairing (which makes no sense to me), but you'll be selling phone replacements also, so it shouldn't make a difference. You're more likely to have to listen to people complaining if you do hair than phones, so consider that, also.
