What do you think of my leaving the house fit? And what’s your first impression?

I dress cuter if I’m hanging out with friends or going to the mall but if I’m going to Walmart or something or just outside in general this is what I wear. Some variation of this fit just trade out the cargo pants for different ones or black sweats and the jacket for a black/dark baggy sweater.
