Would this help me stay cooled off?

So it's starting to get really hot and humid here and I am wondering would it help any if on days I plan to stay home to just say not wear a bra or even pants and just wear a oversized tee that goes to my knees?

Swamp cooler
It's nowhere near as bad as it sounds

It's basically a fan some water and like paper or cloth or something like that that absorbs a lot of water in front of the fan and it does wonders when you're on a budget of course it also depends on the size of the swamp cooler but that's fine it's fine and they're also actually pretty cool

I would sure think it would help, the less layers of clothing you are wearing the cooler it's going to be. If you wear the long t-shirt like a dress, you will get airflow up underneath

I find the opposite works. Wear like full leggings and long sleeve tops in your house, and then change before you go outside and it feels way cooler! Your body gets used to it.
