It looks hot and definitely going to attract some guys but many will perceive you as someone who wants to get laid. If you're cool with that, go for it. I also don't feel like it's going to make you feel comfortable when you sit down, and to me, picnics are supposed to be a good time for relaxation.

It's cute but for a picnic id go with a cute sundress. If it is a classic picnic where sitting on the ground may happen I prefer flowing unrestricted clothing and that dress looks tight

Is it a family picnic or not? If a family picnic, do you live in Pennsylvania? If not, I’d recommend leaving a bit more to the imagination. If a date then that looks great.

It's a nice dress but just wear sunscreen because breast tissue is sensitive.  Also wear mosquitoe repellent cos they will leave bites and itches.

I's say the dress is nice, but the black combat boots look out of place. Maybe some converse sneakers would be more suitable.

It's absolutely lovely! The one thing to consider is, fit your picnic, will you be sitting in the ground or at a table? The ground can be a little more difficult in a dress

No actually. Sunburn can be terrible and that dress is way too tight for a picnic so you can't do things without it getting in your way
