it would be a little bit attractive but not as attractive even if he had to do it because of muscular disease

Implants are visible and kinda creepy, like fake tits. But people get them all the time and seem to be into it, personally I would prefer the guy to not have as big muscles instead. At the end of the day, people do what they want with their bodies, and whatever makes them happy is none of my business ✨
