Why is black skin considered the most beautiful when in reality white girl's white skin is more beautiful since tattoos look better on white skin?

People say black skin is the most beautiful skin tone but in reality white girl's white skin is the most beautiful since tattoos of any color ( green, red, blue, pink, purple etc) looks good on white skin but not on colored people's skin i. e black, brown or Asian guys/girls

Only a few colors i. e green look good on non white people whether it's (light skinned/dark skin) black guys, brown guys or "yellow"/Asian guys.

I don't think orange, purple or red tattoos would look good on those with yellow, brown or black skin, whereas on a white girl's white skin any color tattoo looks good be it red, pink, blue, green or purple!
