How to become a brand ambassador or brand model?

I been thinking about becoming a brand ambassador and I wanted to know the steps or where to start. I’ll admit I’m not a very social person but I think I could easily gain a following if I became more active online n posted pictures. I tend to notice I can draw attention easily when out in public and people seem to be intrigued by me or asking me about my tattoos or clothing. So what are the steps and methods?

Do you think looks play apart I have visible tattoos n should I just start wearing a brand n posting pictures in it

You can’t wear or endorse a brand directly unless authorized by the owner, that would raise legal implications. On looks, that depends on the content you want to create whether it aligns with such (not necessarily directly related to the brand you may project to endorse in future). If you were in sports, film or music industry, the opportunity presents itself by default.

So should I just start posting pictures to build a following then attempt to be a brand ambassador? Can being a brand ambassador open other doors for you?

Not just any picture, Build relevant content, like a blog in IG, YouTube, website with topics that are passionate to you and relevant to potential followers. For example, if passionate about bodybuilding, post content, tips, hacks related to bodybuilding, fat burning, health etc to create a following. It’s a journey, a lot of hard work and you have to be consistent. After gaining a following, brands will start to notice you.
