Have you ever been to any conventions or conferences before?

I have mainly for work. It's fun for the most part and it is very tiring trying to make comnections.

Have you ever heard of the ESI conferences? It's for beauty professionals. Where we can try the newest facial treatments, hair products or any other beauty related products. We also try to pitch our own products to investors and there are feautured speakers at every conference in the industry!

That's funny! It's a good thing sometimes volunteers are hard to find. Maybe she was doing it on purpose to avoid the awkwardness of picking someone from the crowd.

I used to have a job working for a school division doing all kinds of handyman work.
They would send me to all these conferences and courses that had nothing to do with my job. I liked to go to them and just get paid to sit there and listen to the guest speaker and eat donuts.

The donuts were okay and it was warm inside. I never learned anything until I took a CPR course about saving people's lives. The woman teaching the class looked similar to you, but she kept telling us these horrific stories about all of the accidents she had been in, and how she got hit in the head with a baseball and stuff.
She was pretty though, and I got to do a simulated emergency with her where she used me to show the class how to do something. She had me lay down on the floor, pretend to be unresponsive, and she was moving me around and stuff. Then after that all the other guys were volunteering to be close to her, lol.
That was the best work related even ever.

Maybe? LoL!
I think she saw me as harmless, and I was asking a lot of questions so she picked me to help with her demonstration. She probably didn't understand that I was NEVER a good student or one to pay attention in class. It was just because she's pretty.
I was focussed on every word she said and by the time her course was done I was an expert, lol.

A number of different things from science symposiums when research was presented, code jam sort of things, technology/biotechnology conventions, etc.

It's a cannabis industry convention where they have everything from marketing stuff to lights to fertilizers to explosion-proof rooms... And they also have classes on how to grow and process.
