Shorts is a way to prevent our private parts from being exposed.

You should defiantly wear shorts when you wear a short length dresses or skirt.

If you want and if you are comfortable you can avoid it in longer ones.

I love wearing skirts the most..

Wear one of those tight-body fitting shorts or then it adds weird looking lumps to the dress, and choose a netrual color, or a color that matches the dress so the focus isn't brought to the shorts if it accidently shows.

its is the most beautiful outfit we girls have to dress up it enhances our look my 10 times when you wear it over other clothes..

You just wear them under your skirt or dress. Not much to it so long as nothing shows through.
