For me personally it shows a very dangerous woman. One thing many of my exes know about me, is that I'm very spiritual and mental. If I focus on you, i can read your thoughts, I know your history and I know where you're going. It's a strange gift.

If you are only wanting your dress to look filled out to enhance its appearance, I'll say no. If you do it frequently, then yes. I guess dresses are made (sized?) based on height and body mass. So if you have a bigger or smaller bust than average you will have a problem.
I can not buy standard waist and length pants that fit properly. it's necessary that I purchase from store that makes alterations. I understand why you may need padding to make a dress fit properly.
