It usually depends. In my opinion, if the hair is too messy and unkept then it can be a turnoff out in public especially if they didn't bathe, unless their hair is naturally curly then I would say it's ok. However, some women find it attractive when their lovers have a "bed head." I usually like styled hair, which is combed, with a little bit of gel, making them look professional.
