Where can I find permanent hair extensions? Or permanent weave?

Lol I see permanent hair extensions but I don't see where to get them put in or is there a particular kind

The idea of “permanent” hair extensions are essentially those that you don’t have to put them in and take them out regularly, like clip ins. Micro links are the closest you can get, because your stylist basically washes your hair and tightens the links like every other visit to keep them fresh, then take them out eventually as not to damage the hair each link is attached to. But there’s not permanent solution besides growing your own hair.
