Any way to make trousers less sticky?

I have these trousers made of this type of cloth like in the picture below (I don't know the cloth's name) and whatever falls on them - dust, hairs - it sticks to them and there's no removing it. Do you have any ideas what should I tream them with, so that they don't stick everything they get in contact with? Using just washing powder doesn't seem to work.
