Can you easily find pants that fit?

I can’t. I have a slim waist and bigger bottom, but a quite flat stomach and a slim front side, so all of my pants that fit my back and bottom are big on my front, stomach and waist. Kind of weird.

Find yourself a good tailor to make alterations for you. A lot of clothes don’t fit well right off the rack, particularly if you have more uncommon dimensions.

I’m tall at 6’2, so I usually need a “large” sized shirt for the length, but certain brands (Old Navy for an example) seem like they build shirts in anticipation of a man having a protruding belly. So I have to be careful with things I buy from there because they won’t fit my torso well, as I’m pretty fit and don’t have much of a gut in front. T-shirts and stuff are tough to tailor, I think, so I just found a specific t-shirt brand/style that fit me well, and that’s about all I’ll wear.

For pants, same deal, I’m tall with probably a medium waist, generally slim, but I guess I probably have a bigger butt than a lot of guys with my build, haha. So sometimes I can wear slim-fit pants, but other brands I need the “athletic fit.”

And then I think I’m kind of a ‘tweener for the inseam length. 32 inches is just a little too short, 34 inches I usually have to cuff the ankles…. and then there’s the additional problem of having fits where I want to cuff the ankles vs not wanting to. I almost need to buy two of each pair, same waist, but two different inseams for what I’m looking to do, haha. The price you pay to look good😎😂

But yeah, in your case, maybe not a bad idea to find a good tailor. Then you can find pants that accommodate whatever you need accommodated, and anything else can be tightened up to fit your form better👍

nowadays, yes... because there's a lot more options, ranges and variety...

but a long time ago, it could be a true challenge to find a fit that I really liked and would suit me well

for actual suits and dress up, tailoring is still the way go, though

Mostly two or one numbers too big in waist that's why I wear often a belt. Not because trouser fall from my butt, just because I dislike when shirt doesn't remains in trousers because waist band is too lose.

I don't know who designs those clothes because with 88 60 89 are my dimension practically in full in specs.

Getting a prosthetic into most pants is a nightmare so I mostly wear shorts these days. Until I get out of the car I get snarky comments from people when I park in a handicapped bay, so the obvious titanium limb and a withering stare amuses me.

I always had problems though. As a kid I was a dancer and my legs were disproportionately muscular so I needed a waist roughly 6" bigger to accommodate my thighs so I've worn belts as long as I can remember 🤣🤣

The answer to your question for almost everyone is yes, there are always pants on the market that fit, unless the person is morbidly obese.

What do you do? Do you have to get them custom made? I ask because there's this girl where I work that has a TINY waist but most definitely has a PAWG ass. It's just like, BAM! I've often wondered how it is that she finds pants that REALLY fit her well or if she's just jamming herself into regular pants. Whatever the case, I will say she looks amazing, and I'm not even a butt guy!

No it's not easy for me. For some reason finding 34 over 32 blue jeans is trickier than you would expect. I either find jeans that are too big or too small.

No my ass never fills the space. Its not that im devoid of one but that i am an ectomorph. I am naturally tall and on the slim side. Most pants manufacturers design for mid to large for mens clothing.

No. Since I wear jeans, but I have also done squats, the thighs are too tight so I wear shorts whenever possible.
