What are your opinions on the E-Girl/E-Guy subculture?

For those of you who don't know, the EGirl/Guy subculture is a mix of Emo, Scene, Goth, Pastel, Kawaii (Japanese/South Korean), cosplay, anime, and punk pop looks and culture. I think it's a cool subculture and seems very versatile and mixed bag.

I look at this stuff, like I look at innovations sexual postions. You get these people publishing naked couples doing all these different things, and how modern and exciting, yet at the end of day it's all in the Karma Sutra.

Every generation comes up with a fad, and some young people think they are doing something so new and exciting that has never been done. Makes them feel special. And often clothing companies get in and sell expensive products that tied to the fad, and they make a few million with the parents buying up these new curiosities for their teenagers.
