If you have to ask strangers if you will regret it. It comes across like you are already having regrets or like you know deep down you will regret it later in life. I have nothing against tattoos as I have one myself but I know you would never ask strangers or anyone if you will regret getting the tattoo if you were 1000% confident and okay with the tattoo.
