First of all you look so adorable and love the blouse tho looks modern, second of all if you feel like wearing saree will present you the best the way you are then just do it, if you want to consider what your date would think, if he is of the culture who regularly sees women with saree then of course it would look good, if the guy has only seen saree in couple of bollywood movies then don't wear it he doesn't understand the beauty in it.
