Whenever I go out in public, I catch people staring at my feet. Women do that more often than men. They stare at my face, than at my feet and then again at my face. I walk normally, probably a little faster than average people but there's nothing weird about that. My shoes are regular and I don't wear heels. What can be the possible reason?
