Girls, What's your preference on men?

If a man shaves his torso regularly and maintains it smoothly, how would you prefer/like it on his arms , legs and thighs given that they're quite significantly hairy with kind of thick, dark , coarse type of hair?

Shave the arms , legs and thighs too everytime he shaves his torso
Shave / closely trim his arms , legs and thighs once a week or ten days
No need to do anything on arms , legs and thighs... even though it's significantly hairy with dark coarse messy hair
