They have coarser hair, usually.

I don’t know for sure, but I have seen a fair amount of lighter guys who can have euro-descent, be almost hairless, and the females of that same group to be practically nude, and free of all hair;

it really just depends on culture and genetics, 🧬

but biologically due to testosterone levels, which should be appropriately found in men, would determine they are hairier of the two sexes. 👫
