I have self image issues and let me tell you something with what I learned and I hope it will give you a sence of peace, one day your gonna realize that all this bullshit isn't gonna matter with what a person looks or standard and when you see it you will remember this opinion to this post. You look gorgeous but the lip colour might not be considered a conservative colour, a deeper shade of red would be unbeatable.

It looks great on you, but I think it’s a bit bright for a professional setting, so maybe go with a darker color. I watched a video about how sometimes one’s nipple color matches their perfect lipstick color and 3 out of the 4 or so women found it to be a useful tip, so maybe you could try that to figure out the best shade.

The dark lip liner is too much in addition to the lipstick; it makes your lips look unnatural. Ideally for a more 'natural' look you want a less harsh transition from the pink of your lips to the flesh surrounding your mouth~ You might try a slightly darker shade of lip gloss instead.
