Lose the sneakers and get some heels, then replace the shirt with a white dress shirt and lose the ponytail and wear your hair down

Then the outfit will look better

It's okay, but personally I think it's too many very different vibes going on at once. I just don't think the pencil skirt and the sneakers will ever be great together. But it's not terrible.
