can't say i picture a guy wearing them but if i had too make a choice i would say not really because they really dont go with the look you know form fitting lol.

thats what i would say if you had been a girl but that is my opinion
it could be the top as well because some guy/girls wear something more appropriate to make it look good on them not just to look taller or something.

  well if you like hills try something that won't make you walk as awkward you know like a fashion thing im not sure when it comes to wearing girl stuff lol. but something that really look good with whatever you wear. as for the top i would go for something that does not distract from the whole outfit or no one will notice anything but the top which is distracting.
  
  i mean if it was a girl i would be more focused on her top than anything else if she was going for a look that made people go wow about all of her.

No. No they don't. Looking at the heel they are seamed stockings, you want the seam to be seen all the way up the leg, seams draw attention.

I don't know, I mean I wouldn't wear them just because I don't wear heels, I'm tall enough already, lol. But if you like the way it looks then go for it. It doesn't matter what other people think as long as you like them. Side note, those jeans look great

i have shoes like that without the middle strap. i dont wear stockings with those shoes.

stockings are only for dresses or skirts.
