So I'm really bad with fashion and I can't decide what hairstyle will make me look gewd.

Genetic balding which I had for my whole life, my hair got thinner as I got around 18..

So there's still something left... so help me, *I've got more hair then I had in the pic as I'm using me hand to show clear vision of my M shaped baldness.

Honestly? I can’t really give too good of a suggestion, as hair usually works to compliment facial features or body features too, depending on length. The picture isn’t exactly sufficient for me to give a concise answer.
My advice however would be probably thinking of what you normally wear and trying to think of what styles match you with what you have left.
There’s also the idea of either shaving it or wearing a wig too, whatever option suits your fancy. A wig would broaden your options by a lot and allows you to experiment without having to worry about your normal hair.

I have a friend who started balding at around 19 and he embraced it and went full bald. It went great for him, since he can grow a beard to compliment it.

I don't know your face shape, so I can't tell you. My suggestion would be to either go bald or get a hair transplant, but definitely do something about it.

hair transplant, hair extensions, hats or try to grow out your hair to midlenghth and try to part it & style it in a way that camouflages it. if being bald looks good on you there's that too

You can style it differently if you grew it out. You can wear hair pieces to cover it or you can shave it. It’s up to you 😄
