Should I get myself a tattoo for my birthday?

"fuck it... I want a tattoo" don't go cheap, don't go by impulsive... best if you plan it out, and plan it well

I’ve been having the same tattoo idea for a while and I already know what artist I want to go to. So the tattoo idea itself isn’t impulsive. It’s just I don't know if my birthday is a good enough excuse to take money out of my savings lol

I want to get a sleeve started that’s inspired by renaissance art. I have an album with pictures for inspiration, I’m not sure exactly what I want it to look like. I found an artist that does really good work and I want to just show him my album and let him design something for me
