99.9% of the time, women look best with hair color that is either natural, or very close to her natural hair color. So for most, the dark brown/off-black is what'll look best.

That said, blue black is my favorite, but I've only known like 2 women who looked great with it, and in both cases they were natural black hiding early greying.
