Do people who repeatedly post their pictures in the how do I look section have low self esteem about the way they look?

That is quite obvious. If you didn't have low self-esteem you wouldn't constantly feel the need to post pictures online asking strangers to give you compliments.

There are many many girls, and a few guys, on here who are always seeking compliments from strangers, in the fashion section and the "How do I look?" section.

Instagram is full of such people too, mostly women. Hence why the platform is full of half naked girls. It's due to their low self-esteem.

I have low self esteem but I don’t feel interested in posting my pictures on this website because it seems like a lot of these guys have low standards and rate any girl they see an 8 or 9 on here. Also a lot if the guys I have seen on here so far I haven’t found physically attractive and I don’t really care what guys I don’t find attractive think about my looks. I have not interested in hooking up with them.

I mean yes and no. Who doesn't like attention? But women who do it repeatedly do it (even if she's attractive) because she deep down believes she has NOTHING else going for her. And some are right unfortunately. Because some women have never even tried developing other attributes.
