The guys room. Women usually wear heels to the office, if it's business formal wear. I've noticed women have a tendency to take their heels off when just sitting at the desk or walking around the office. Guys wear dress shoes and rarely remove them. My wife works in an office and her feet never smell bad ( that I've noticed).

Not based on gender/sex. Depends on physiology. I've come across stinky men and sticky women.

Way too many variables here. When I worked and lived on an aircraft carrier, there were sleeping areas for the women that should have been classified as toxic chemical storage areas because of the smell. And some men's areas that were the same way.

In your example, one could make arguments either way. If all the women wore Uggs, there's going to be a problem. Or men and athletic shoes, etc. My experience in offices, however, is that the men have clean socks and their shoes don't stink; same for the women. So the answer might be neither stinks more than the other.
