Spent some time in Germany, the culture is much different than the US. Of course women worked in changing rooms. Was staying at a hotel in Augsburg, it had a work out room and a sauna. Both men and women would use the sauna at the same time no clothing allowed. Everyone was chill and there was no gawking. Germany & Austria are known for this. There are public facilities that have saunas, baths, and pools. It's required to be nude. You sit on your towel and hang out. Wish we had that mindset here
