  I think I have a tumor thats why it appears but Im still not sure. I gained weight and my body is average but my face is like fat so people assume Im fat because of my face.

  Oh no! Diet? Excersize?
  I'd talk to a doctor. Maybe even a Specialist. My uncle has it ( I just googled it) he just went through stomach surgery where the cut your stomach in order to eat less. And you lose like 80 pounds and keep it off in the process
