I wash my hair daily although I use lightly warm water. Too hot water does as much or more damage than the hair cleaners themselves. I condition every third day and do not like conditioner mixed in with my shampoo.

Everyday. I use teatree conditioner alone, and head and shoulders twice a week (because I get dandruff from using minoxidil (hair regrowth medicine because I’m trying to keep my hair)).

every time I change protective style which is about every two months, but if I were wearing my hair out every single day then I’d probably be washing it biweekly
