NO!! She looks uglier!!
If I saw her the way she was in either of the first two pictures, I'd be very attracted to her! In the other two, I'd be repulsed!! Not only because of the lips but because she looks like a skinhead! A light bulb with lips.

Hopefully this is just some photoshopping because if that's a real transformation then she needs to figure out how to do the reverse transformation at her earliest convenience.

not to sound offensive
the latter looks like a botched surgery. naturally big lips have a grace in them, this looks unreal. her other features otherwise look okay, the brows are better in the latter i'd say.
