You have bad examples of pictures. But I’ll try, A mini skirt with leggings is cute during the winter and snow (preferable red) if where taking a summer look a summer dress white with red or black polkadots is very cute, as well as red or black (I like red on a women reminds me of roses apple and cherry guess I’m a basics evolutionary man red is the color of ripe fruit so we as human males like the color red because it means the women is right for the taking yes I’m talking Jorden Peterson here) beyond black is also an amazing color on women. So I hope this helps red and black are the best legging red and black or red and white

Leggings under skirts are fine, so are bare legs or legs covered in stockings/hosiery.

A dress or a skirt is also fine.

What works best on some women doesn't work best on another. It depends on the woman, her style, and what she is doing.

I think it probably depends on the activity/event you are attending. I often have to meet clients, and I wear formal business attire, which is generally a suit (skirt). I will wear leggings/pantyhose with the skirt. When we go out for date night or other events, I really like dresses and will wear hose or leggings, depending on time of year.

All three are fantastic (Skirts, skirts with leggings/tights, and dresses). And all three are a billion times more attractive/more feminine than ripped jeans, sweatpants, booty shorts, crop tops, and yoga pants. Unfortunately, most girls these days don't dress nicely.

I mean nothing is more attractive than bare legs but there is weather and there is seasons too so if you feel cute in Leggings indeed your skirt then go for it! Most of the times I have seen that was either girls trying to cover their bum in their leggings or girls trying to wear a cute dress when it was cold out. Both reasons are totally reasonable to me! I can’t see wearing leggings with something like a sundress but I think most skirts or dresses do look cute with leggings.

I actually really like leggings under a skirt.
(Mainly cause my first crush in highschool was dressed like that when I realized I liked her and the image stuck)
But overall I think its a pretty decent look. Classy and elagent with just enough sass.

Obviously I also like just the skirt as well because who doesn't. But thats mostly sass. But throw leggings and especially stockings under a skirt and my eyes are glued.
