Beautiful skirts I voted B because without leggings, and for ventilation lol and without leggings is for the boyfriend/husband/girlfriend, with leggings is for formal occasions where skin is still frowned upon. Honestly a really tough one to answer. Cause I love how both of them look. Skirts with leggings seem a tad more elegant and sharp. Makes me think more of a Fall vibe.

The skirt shows off the feminimity while the leggings add a perfect accent and round out the whole style perfectly.

Even still, a skirt by itself is sexy as is.

I'm gonna vote for skirt with leggings. But it only wins by a tiny margin.

I honestly love skirts on girls I just find them cute. I prefer with leggings because I believe in modesty and you still look good. No leggings I have a hard time not focusing on your bare legs, I may like it but I want the modest girl in the long run.

@itsclearlynicholas I do femininely delicate shoes and lace ups are fine but I do have to admit to liking heels. I just don't like what I call stripper heels where the sole is 2-3 inches thick to give the girl extra height. Ugly
