Why my new shoes feel uncomfy?

I recently bought theses shoes and everytime i wear them i feel uncomfy in them and they are my size too is it because they are new and it take time for them to adjust my feet and how could i be more comfortable with them?

Depends on the material. If it's high quality leather, then it takes time to break them in. If it's low quality leather, they'll break in faster but then fall apart sooner. If they're not leather, then they're probably just poorly made or too stiff. Either way, it takes time to get used to new shoes.

They take time in stretching out.

Impossible to say... However one trick I used to see my father do with new shoes, was to absolutely stuff/cram as much newspaper etc. into the shoes at night time to help stretch them... You can actually buy "shoe trees" to do the job.
