Feeling bad about yourself is something that happens in your mind and that is the only place it can be fixed.

It doesn't feel like it and its extremely easy to lie to yourself but the fact is that this is a choice that you are making.

One of the lies you are telling yourself right now is that you want to be happy but you can be happy right now in this very moment, you can simply choose to love and accept yourself as you are and if you aren't doing that its because you dont want to be happy.

So make your choices and live with the consequences, for better or worse.

I guarantee you that nothing you do to change your body will fix your problem.

The only "issue" i can see on your face is the skin. Take care of that and your good. Even with this skin issue you have i think your beautiful looking.

Ok my brother in law had an underbite and got the surgery. There will be swelling for awhile and you’ll have to eat soft foods at first.
