How do you drive with uncomfortable shoes?

I'm totally unable to drive with shoes like heels so I found a solution : I leave an old converse in my car to drive. I only have a right shoe because the other is not needed to drive an automatic

I generally stick with 3-4 inch heels which are OK for me to drive with.

In the rare cases that I go with something higher, I do exactly what you do... sneakers in the car and change to my shoes when I get out of the car

Yes I also remove comfortable shoes sometimes because I'm used with my converse
