How is this outfit for a house party?

So I am going for the "overdressed" style just because I'll take any excuse to put on a cute outfit together 😂 I made sure to pick a neutral colour too so it doesn't look like I'm supporting either hockey team and I'm just there to have a good time.

So I'm wearing a black top and skirt. My top is pretty close to a bralette but isn't exactly there and my skirt what do you think about the length? Then I'm wearing high heel boots 😜 Ik to a hockey party it might be too much but the guys there are all pretty big and I'm tiny (5"4 and a half) so the heels help. Anyways that's the outfit! Yay or nah?

A house party to me implies you will be sitting down some. I would recommend some jeans with the top, that way you can sit in a big chair comfortably with your legs crossed and not have to be thinking about the skirt thing.

black isn't good for night clubs because you're invisible, white should be tested under uv light before going out. Silver or gold fish scales, the more movement in your dress the less effort you have to put in dancing.
