Is Victoria secret overpriced just cause of the brand?

Alright so I bought a cologne from Victoria secret, it's a man's cologne, they only got like 2 of them mfs, and it was like 80 dollars and someone asked me why I didn't just buy it off ebay, which I didn't think of at the time so now I'm like damn, but it got me thinking on why they are so expensive with everything cause it all just so expensive, it's the brand isn't it? 😂

Generally I buy brand which are long time on the market because they use more likely high quality ingredients/materials. New brands or some brands created from another branch are very likely created just for the purpose of milking the market off and to disappear.

Victoria secret products aren't generally worth the money but I never used cosmetics from them.

Don't waste your money on VS, the quality is barely there and the body sprays and perfumes for women are pretty mediocre, not bad but you can 100% get better

It depends on the quality to determine if it's overpriced

I've had cologne priced anywhere from £1 to over £100, the £100 one is great and the £1 is worthless... Sauvage was almost cheap for the price

Can't wait to try Creed probably not the overly forged Aventus

$80 for 2 of them is cheap, wtf…. Dude, I think the most expensive cologne I bought was the biggest size from bleu De Chanel, and it was like $270. Most of my colognes are between a $100 to $200.

Name is the biggest part, but they are no where near the most expensive Cologne or perfume. Macy's got one that's almost 200 bucks for the same time

I got a giant bottle of Bombshell at a rummage sale for like 5 bucks a few years ago. I thought my wife would like and that's when we found out its a good bug repellant

I love VS. I buy so much from there. I don’t think the quality is particularly exciting. But it’s definitely just the brand thing - but if it’s any consolation, I’ve bought way too much and I’ll probably continue lol
