Is it good to wear a dress, puffer jacket and pantyhose on my date?

We’re going out for coffee in the morning. At a cafe. On Saturday; and it’s the middle of winter. I want to look feminine, the dress code is smart casual and I’m chubby. I’m a lot fatter than I look. It’s all gone into my butt and breasts and my face. I tend to think fat women and chubbies look best in dresses. Am I right?

Yes to everything but the puffer jacket. Such an ugly style. There are far better classier jackets that are warm.
