Gents, what unattractive thing does a girl wear? Example: nose piercings, mom jeans, shell necklaces, ripped jeans.
Ladies, what are heinous attires that a guy might wear? Example: saggy pants, excessive jewelry, tank tops, wife beaters, ear piercings, playboy brands, ripped jeans, jean jackets.

Women: fake super dramatic lashes, super long unnatural looking claws, cakey makeup, showing thongs/underwear, booty shorts, low rise jeans with rips, hideous hair extensions, overwhelmingly headache inducing perfume

Men: super saggy pants down half their butt showing their boxers or briefs, earrings, skinny jeans, super tight shirts, not wearing deodorant

Ripped/shredded jeans

Saggy pants (you literally look like you have a load of crap in your pants)

Super oversized shirts

Yellow/unkept nails (seriously gross - maintain your hygiene!)

Unkept facial hair (facial hair looks awesome on some guys, but not when it's all scruffy and unclean like a homeless person or something)

Oversized shoes

Crocs (they are not attractive shoes at all).

For girl fashion, things I don't like and won't wear include -

Ripped jeans/shredded jeans

High-waist shorts or jeans (think "mom jeans")

Jeans with way too big of a flare/or too long (I'm 5'3 - it's a tripping hazard lol)

Crop tops in public

False eyelashes/fake nails (especially insanely long ones)

Really thick/overdone makeup

Leggings

Crocs

Spandex/bike shorts

Yoga pants or yoga shorts (I refuse to wear those in public, but I will wear them to lounge at home in or to actually do stretches and stuff in at home)

Super short mini skirts (again - won't wear them in public)

Super short shorts (might as well be wearing denim panties - won't wear them in public)

High heels (bad for your feet and just not my style)

Tans (either fake spray tans, tanning at a tanning bed or tanning in the actual sun, it's all not good for you - tanning beds and tanning in the sun are awful for your skin and linked to increase cancer risks. Most spray tans and lotions are going to have chemicals in them and some will be really messy and may transfer - no thanks all the way around)

When I see a redneck, country, white trash dude... They either wear cowboy hats and boots or dress in some kind of trashy low quality way but yet expect their girl to be dressed all sexy while they're all trashy, yeah no. Hard hard pass.

Most guys who are country aren't even that hot anyway. Girls like to think of a hot cowboy, but they're realistically not like that. They're normally out of shape toxic and sexist dudes.

I've never liked the "ripped jeans" look; it just suggests that you're too poor to replace damaged clothes and too lazy to fix them. I could relate to that, but I know for a fact that some brands sell those as NEW- and in some cases, for more than undamaged clothing costs.

I'm also not fond of the dark greenish-blue makeup that women wear on their upper eyelids; depending on which color predominates, it either makes you look like you got punched in the face, or are in fact some sort of giant insect.

My least favorite things on women are those spike heels with the platform soles. All platform shoes on women suck.  And what's up with black boots with thick soles like these Lip, nose and especially septum piercings. The last thing I'll mention is bad makeup - giant eye lashes, thick eye liner with points at the eye corners, and colorful eye shadow. Oh, and fake nails.  On guys, I'd say skinny pants and black jeans that they bought pre-torn at the knees. I honestly don't understand certain hats, either. Cowboy hats? And what's with the ubiquitous baseball-style hats?

Alabama tries to criminalize saggy pants ASOS Super Skinny Jeans in Teal I hate pants hanging halfway down the ass, and basically leggings as pants on guys.  This guy would be gorgeous. He has great style. Except those jeans are too skin tight.

Guys call them “tit curtains.” Lol

It either makes women look like some shapeless, flowy blob, or pregnant. If they put a ribbon around the middle it is nearly always at bottom of the bustline—not the waist/hips.

This draws the eyes up, extending the waistline and hips, giving women a sort of weird “blocky” segmented look—where you just see face, boobs, and then... drapes.

Boys at my school wear the same thing every day- those nylon bright coloured shorts with literally any t shirt. It wouldn't be nearly as bad if they at least chose colours that worked together, but no.

For women, I personally don't like when they wear a really long top with short shorts and it looks like they're wearing no pants. Some people think it's cute, but it looks a little dumb.

Either way, regardless of your gender, you should wear what you like and whatever is comfortable to you.

For women: piercings, tattoos, intentionally ripped torn or dirty clothes, excessive makeup, unnatural colored hair, or men's clothes in general. I think women can show off feminine beauty better in a dress or skirt with their natural face and hair. Be clean and style your hair, but I don't think you need to buy into the propaganda that tells you that it is possible to buy enough products that eventually someone will love you. I realize I'm an outlier in this, but I would rather women not spend excessive amounts of money on body modification or makeup or designer clothes. Be comfortable be yourself and live less expensively with less pretense and stress. I will never understand how intentionally dirty or damaged clothes cost more from designers than a complete and intact dress from Walmart.

For example, that girl in the picture is really beautiful. But the nose ring is a turnoff.

All  facial piercings are a turnoff, with no exceptions. That's probably the #1 thing that any woman can do to instantly nuke her appearance. After that, cutting her hair shorter than the shoulders. It's subtle. Here are some things that turn me off:

Clothes that are too juvenile for an adult, unless it's part of a curated look.

Clutter -- overly accessorized, oversized bags, etc.

Facial piercings except for the nose and ears.

Church clothes -- shapeless dresses..

Long nails. Screams high maintenance to me.

Long unmaintained hair.
