Do you think women with implants are fake?

I know this questions probably been asked multiple times but, i figured id ask only because i just saw an instagram post about a girl who has implants saying she gets sh** for it, saying she's "fake" because of it. So, do you think women who get implants, are "fake"

It's only fake if they try to pass them off as real. Otherwise, as long as they're not doing it for others or out of an obsessive-compulsive desire, I don't really think its any sort of red flag or reason to judge.

Yup. I don't see anything wrong with people feeling good about themselves after making a change; people can and do feel good about themselves after seeing themselves in the mirror after working hard to lose weight. Or getting a really nice haircut, or yes, even getting implants or plastic surgery.

But when someone does something to alter themselves, and then lies about it... They're not longer doing it to improve how they see themselves. They're doing it to change how others see them so they can enjoy the attention.

I wouldn't say I would dislike the person, since the reason people feel like they need attention can vary, it's not always just people wanting to be the center of attention. But it is unhealthy emotionally when you pursue changing yourself to seek the approval of others; because it's not something you can ever real internal, and thus will never last.

They get implants in order to "feel better about themselves" because their whole existance is dependent on obtaining bigger boobs. Makes them both fake and weak.
