Some of my older siblings or cousins told me that some clothes that teens and others are wearing now are similar to the 90s. Us Gen Z never got to experience the 90s or the trends so most of us are wearing crop tops, torn jeans, high wasted jeans and everyone is wearing their shirts tucked in nowadays. What the hell is going on? Are tucked in shorts now in style?
I miss most of the trends from the 2010s. Well mostly early 2010s and then the late 2010s overalls and I think 80s-90s trends are coming back. I don’t mind the 80s and before but the 90s are long gone. Stop trying to bring back the 90s! It’s NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN!
As someone who grew up in the 90s, Gen Z THINK they're bringing back clothes from the 90s but they're failing. None of it looks how it did. All they're doing is wearing frumpy jeans with current crop tops... barely 90s.
The colours are wrong, the style is wrong.

I heard a longtime ago and it has held true, that fashion repeats every 20 years. I found that this is definitely partly true. The fashion industry probably recycles trends too.
Because fashion recycles itself whether you consider that a good thing or a bad thing lol

Trends come back every other decades, eg the chuck taylor all stars shoes were popular on 1920s.
I'm from the 80s and I don't know what you're talking about.
trends are cyclical i think
