Not too skinny and can't be obese.

I think short girls (4'10"-5'4") are particularly adorable.
Fit, flexible, soft, and sort of slender, but not skinny or lean. Classic measurements similar to 34", 24", 34" or so. Or 0.7 waist to hip ratio and at least a 6" diff between her rib (under-bust) and bust measurements.
