I've seen these Jawliner gums ( which are much harder to chew) and some other things thay people chew claiming to workout the Jaw for a better Jawline
Also Mewing is a well known method
But do these really work , any of you have experience on whether it work/didn't work?

Honestly, it's mostly genetics. No amount of getting lean & working out the masseter muscles will help out this guy:
But ofc, it won't hurt to still get lean & eat harder foods. But I'd also add that someone could benefit greatly from growing a beard & trimming their scruff to align with their jawline. It helped me. Just gotta keep the hair off the neck & tight to the jawline. And even better if you trim the beard so that it helps perception of a significant enough chin to jaw width ratio. Now since I can't grow a beard that isn't patchy, I ideally keep the trim under 6mm & finess the fading to make it look more natural.
Mewing
There is no scientific proof that mewing has any significant benefit after a certain age. And even the legitimacy of the original studies aren't fully agreed upon by Dr Mike's peers. But ofc, I agree that it's still good posture & practice to keep the tongue on the roof of the mouth. As a preventative measure.
Mewing 100% works and anyone who’s looked into it and tried it for an extended period of time knows it. How well it works varies from individual to individual but most folks are quite surprised, I know I was
I've been mewing since I was 19 years old. No significant changes have happened for me. So my experience reflects what the data shows. No idea what would be different if I did it from age 9 onward.
Maybe your technique was wrong it’s worked for me in 4 months
Nope. I have the proper technique. Which is to make an "n" sound then place the entire tongue on the roof of the mouth with a bit of pressure but not too much as to avoid "hard mewing."
With things like this, I think we shouldn't rely on our own anecdotal beliefs. But rather, document the process & look at the objective findings. And I can almost guarantee that this isn't what helped you have wider jaws. If anything, you just got leaner & your jaws were able to show more.
It certainly works for some people, sorry it did not for you
It is working for me. It's keeping my maxilla high & tight. Which will slow down the negative effects gravity has on skull shapes over time
It has been known to do a lot more thwn that
After adulthood, it hasn't been known to be anything more than a preventative measure
Simply not true but we’ll agree to disagree
Look up some mewing tutorials. Your bones in your face move around. I’ve already seen results. Basically your tongue placement, wherever your tongue rests will shape your face and jaw
